Hi there, my name is Jasmine, but I go by Muddy (Mud) online! I absolutely love doing all things art and animation, both in the 2D and 3D environment.
I have drawn my entire life, but picked up digital art in late 2018. I have shared my art across a variety of platforms since October 2019, some of which include Instagram, Deviant Art, Youtube and Twitter/X! I love being able to show my work to the world and being able to connect with like minded individuals. I hold art near and dear to my art and the community surrounding it will always have a positive impact on my life.

How long is it between me ordering and my order being shipped?
I aim to have orders shipped within 24-72 hours of purchase!
How long should I expect it to take?
After being shipped from my address, it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks. The length of time may vary depending on the time of year due to increased traffic in the postal service.
What happens if my product comes damaged or broken?
Please contact me as soon as possible! I only have a narrow window for you to contact me about a broken keychain (72 hours) as any time that exceeds that I will believe it didn't arrive broken. If it is damaged or broken, I will either offer a full refund or I will send a replacement.
Where do you ship from and why is it expensive?
I am located in Sydney, Australia so parcels are sent from here! Due to how isolated Australia is from other countries, I charge the absolute minimum price I can before I begin losing too much money. I have set up free shipping deals by spending a minimum price to make up for this.
I made an error when ordering, can it be fixed?
Yes, as long as you contact me quickly (less than 48 hours)! Please ensure when you are ordering that you have inputed the correct address and ordered the correct stock. After the package has been shipped, there is nothing I can do and any issues are unfortunately on you.
